What forms of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express over the phone or through Paypal, money orders, Western Union wire transfers, and personal checks from all US buyers. We only accept Paypal and Western Union transfers or money orders in US funds from International buyers. If a purchase is over $25, we do require a confirmed address when payment is made via Paypal. We highly suggest not sending any money though the mail because more likely than not, it won't make it especially around the holidays.

If I purchase something from your Ebay stores or auctions do I still get free shipping?

YES!...Our Ebay store & auction purchases are included in our website Free Shipping promotion.

 When will my package be shipped?

We ship 6 days a week, so your package will go out within 24-48 hours after payment is received. If paying by personal check, there is an automatic 7-10 day hold so that the funds can clear our bank prior to shipping your merchandise.

 Do you ship worldwide?

We do ship worldwide. Please email us for an extremely reasonable international shipping quote.

What is The Velveteen Rabbit's definition of condition?

Listed below you can see our definitions of condition:

• Mint - no flaws and in pristine, like new, condition
• Excellent - extremely minor flaws, and almost like new condition
• Very Good - some acceptable flaws noted, shows minimal to moderate signs of age
• Good - moderate to severe flaws noted, shows moderate to extensive signs of age
• Fair - severe flaws noted, excessive signs of usage & age
• Poor - extremely severe and excessive signs of usage, damage or aging noted

Do you purchase antiques & collectibles?

We do purchase entire estates & collections, as well as single pieces. Please email us at support@thevelveteenrabbitantiques.com for details.

Do you charge sales tax on purchases?

We collect 8.25% sales tax from Texas residents only.

Does The Velveteen Rabbit Antiques do appraisals?

Unfortunately, we are not licensed appraisers, but we can steer you in the right direction in finding one that is.

Does The Velveteen Rabbit Antiques offer layaways?

We do have a convenient 60 day layaway program for purchases of $200 or more. Please email for additional information.
